Non-Smoking Policy
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the room will result in a cleaning fee of $20 USD charged to your bill. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. -
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly hotel! A fee of RD$500 or USD$10 per pet, per stay applies. Please ensure pets are supervised at all times and do not disturb other guests. -
Noise & Guest Conduct
Please respect the comfort and rest of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM). The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior is disruptive or inappropriate. -
Room Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the rooms. Visitors are welcome but must leave the premises by 10:00 PM. -
Room Condition & Damages
Guests are responsible for maintaining the room in good condition. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional charges. -
Safety & Security
For your safety, please lock your door when leaving the room and use the in-room safety deposit box for valuables. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items left unattended in the room or public areas. -
Use of Facilities
Please follow all posted guidelines for shared hotel spaces, including the lobby and common areas. Keep personal belongings secure and tidy.
